Meditation to cleans your Chakra

How to Clean Your Chakras Through Meditation?
According to ancient Vedic philosophy, the harmonious functioning of our Chakras ensures overall physical and mental well-being. Guided meditation is one of the simple self-help techniques used for chakra-cleansing. Practicing the following steps after a week can help contribute to your overall health and well-being- Traditional Hindu Heart Chakra Diagram
Step 1 - Lie down or sit in a comfortable position
Step 2 - close your eyes and deep breathe
Step 3 - Focus on your breathing
Step 4 - Imagine that you are taking in light and energy with every breath and exhaling-all your stress with every out breath
Step5-After a while you will start to feel calm and relaxed
Step6-Now imagine a white ray of light entering the body through the soles of the feet
Step 7- Let it travel to the base of your spine, feeling it circulate in that area and letting it dissolve all blockages from the root chakra You. See blockages as black soot covering your chakras. As the black soot dissipates it will reveal an earthy red root chakra. Tell myself I'm grounded and confident?
Step 8 - Let the light now move towards your sacral chakra, below your navel, around your genital area. Let the light dissolve any blockages from this chakra, seeing it as a spinning orange mass or an orange spinning wheel. Tell myself I let go of all my fears and express my desires freely?.
Step 9 - Look at the light clearing your solar plexus (6 inches above the belly button). Let this swirling white light cleanse your bright yellow chakra. Tell myself I accept myself as I am and I respect others for who they are?
Step 10 - Let the light now move towards your heart chakra. Watching your chakras clear, feel the pulsing pink/red/green chakra in the area between your breasts. Tell myself now to receive and give love freely?
Step 11 - Feel the light moving in a circular motion around your throat area. Watching your throat chakra clear, you will see a pale blue spinning wheel or a light blue rotating mass appear. Tell myself now to express myself freely and fearlessly?
Step 12 - Let the light travel to your third eye chakra, the area between your eyebrows. Feel it clear your indigo/purple colored chakra. Tell myself I'm focused, alert and at peace with myself?
Step 12 - Let the light finally move up towards the crown of your head. Just watch it move up towards the sky. Now silently pray for guidance and ask the universe to silence your ego and help you reach a higher level of consciousness
Step 13 - Relax
Step 12 - Slowly open your eyes

practicing yoga Samadhi

Do YOGA SAMADHI every day on a regular basis. The first week is just 10 minutes. Next week increase to 20 minutes. Keep doing that until we can YOGA SAMADHI between 30 minutes to 1 hour.

1. PRATYAHARA – trying to “hold” the object.

At first, make the tip of the nose as a place to observe the entry and exit of the breath. Try really to concentrate, but stay relaxed. If we are serious, the average for the average person within 3 months of this first stage will pass. We can already concentrate well, the object is clear and has been caught well.

2. DHARANA – “holds” the object well.

If every time we do YOGA SAMADHI the object can be grasped properly, it means that our concentration power has been formed. Don't be distracted by whatever arises, always return to concentration on the meditation object [in and out of breath] well.

3. DHYANA – entering meditation.

If we have been able to "hold" the object of YOGA SAMADHI well, then the "energy channels" in our body will begin to open and develop. This is the stage of entering YOGA SAMADHI. Everyone will experience different experiences, there are also those who don't seem to experience this but go straight to stage 4 [savikalpa samadhi].

For those who experience, the sensation varies. Some saw a small blue light, some saw light from the sky pierced through their bodies, some saw beautiful colorful lights, some felt light to the point of flying, some felt lifted from their seats, some felt their bodies enlarge or vice versa his body shrinks, etc.

There are also those who [sometimes, rarely] receive such as wangsit or orders through the incoming voice. Be careful here, especially if we don't have a guiding teacher, because it might be the voice of lower beings. So if we hear any sound, just ignore it and go back to the object of meditation. Because we don't want to be shamans or psychics.

In all these incidents we have absolutely nothing to fear, just be aware and come back to the object. Often beginners who do not understand feel afraid and do not dare to meditate anymore. In fact, this is the progress of meditation that the true yogi will experience.

4. SAMPRAJNATA SAMADHI.

Some yogis don't seem to have experienced the third stage [because for them it is very, very short], but go straight to this 4th stage. The reason is because the condition of the mind and the condition of the subtle body of each person is different.

At this stage comes a very bright light [but cool, not dazzling], all we see is light. We will be at the peak of great happiness-peace. Not like the pleasures of worldly lust, but a form of extraordinary peace that is difficult to describe. Usually lasts only about 1-3 seconds, then we are aware of the meditation. After this our mind is very relaxed, light as cotton. We feel very peaceful and happy. There is no more burden, no suffering, the mind is completely free as if in Svarga Loka. This is the 4th stage, or samprajnata samadhi that we are experiencing.

The mind that has been invited to practice meditation diligently will cleanse the inner darkness. When our mind is clean, it is light as cotton, it is peaceful and happy. No more negative burdens. All sad ripu [inner darkness] is no more and we are truly free to escape. It's been a long time.

If we don't stop here and continue YOGA SAMADHI, we will enter the 5th stage, namely Asamprajnata Samadhi.

5. ASAMPRAJNATA SAMADHI.

Like enjoying a very beautiful sight, at first we are fascinated and amazed [stage 3], after that there arises peace-happiness [stage 4].

After these two processes the mind begins to return to normal and equanimity, this is upeksha. At this stage of upeksha, the mind is completely SILENT. No more turmoil. Like sea water, there are no more ripples. The mind is truly equanimous. And between the subject and the object are already one, it can no longer be distinguished which is the subject and which is the object. The breath is me, I am the breath. Asamprajnata Samadhi.

For preparation and mutual understanding for friends who want to do YOGA SAMADHI MAJAPAHIT at Wringin Lawang temple on 27 April 2014, the following needs to be understood first the principles of life that need to be learned before doing YOGA (source: Tantra Yoga book)

First lesson. Caring for the suffering of others.
Second lesson. His love for all living beings should be equal and proportional.
Third lesson. Don't underestimate anyone either.
Fourth lesson. Work is work. Don't assume one is better than the other.
Fifth lesson. A student must be washed clean first. Just been given a new lesson.
Sixth lesson. Self-control.
Seventh lesson. The forest of the self that must be cleansed of animal traits. From savagery and wildness.
Eighth lesson. Do not differentiate degrees.
Ninth lesson. Old mindsets, old lifestyles, old habits – all must die. Must be abandoned, let go. For the birth of the New.
Tenth lesson. A student must have complete trust in his Master. He should not hesitate, not hesitate.
Eleventh lesson. Don't always trust your eyes.
Twelfth lesson. That there is something that cannot be expressed in words. Eyes can't see it. Ears can't hear it. Something that must be experienced, felt. What is clear, after that one is freed from attachment. Make him free. His soul is light. And life becomes a celebration.

MEDITATION PRACTICE IN 5 MINUTES

Meditation can make a difference in your life. When our life is full of stress, we can turn to meditation for a while to clear our mind again and enter into a peaceful mind.

Why do we need meditation? The world is full of anxiety, worry & frustration. Various negative energies are around us, especially various news on tv, newspapers, magazines that penetrate our fear realm. Meditation can take us to a peaceful place in the mind. Meditation can satisfy our soul's hunger for peace.

When meditation requires calm. We need to clear the mind for a moment to release a part of the soul for a moment to reach some level of peace.

What is meditation? Meditation is a communication with the universe. Is meditation the same as praying? For many people it may be, but for others meditation is just a step to find peace in the soul. But meditation and prayer are not mutually exclusive.

Make a schedule when you will meditate. Maybe you can start with 5 minutes of meditation in the morning before you start a job. Prepare everything the afternoon before so that when you start meditation in the morning, your mind is not busy with all the preparations for work.

You can prepare fragrant incense / incense / incense.

Prepare yourself. Relax & calm. Light incense/ incense. Take a deep breath & let the fresh air enter your soul. Blow away all your negative thoughts & worries.

What are you looking for from the universe this morning? You can start by being grateful for all the blessings starting a new day and perceiving all the positive aspects of the universe, LOVE, PEACE, WISDOM, PEACE, FORGIVENESS.

Fragrant incense/ hio symbolizes purification when you inhale the positive breath that enters the body and releases negative energy.

THE THIRD EYE (CAKRA AJNA) WITH YOGA

in the marriage of Nirartha Prakreta, the work of Mpu Prapanca in the time of MAJAPAHIT. has been written about YOGA in pupuh 5.3:

Apan sahana-hananikan prayoga pinakesti sira juga tedun.Ndah mogha mawaka rikan angego smreti tekasuna wara, kahidep. Tan wruh yadi sirahana rin swabhawa tinelen milu manelenaken. Nir sadhana sira maka sadhanen hayusadanilib in anen'anen.

Because the purpose of all 'yoga' is (so that) He descends (from heaven), (they say) suddenly He will come to bestow grace and the person who is meditating, without knowing it, unite with that which is the center of the purpose of meditation. that (God), and He meditates. Indeed, He does not need conditions (Nirsadhana so that He can descend from heaven), but indeed He is the condition to happiness and He is hidden in the meditation itself.without knowing it, unite with that which is the center of the purpose of meditation. that (God), and He meditates. Indeed, He does not need any conditions (Nirsadhana so that He can descend from heaven),
